Footprints Academy Student Earns Perfect Score in the Noetic Math Contest
Several students from Footprints Academy competed in the Noetic Math Contest. The contest is held twice a year and is open to all elementary students. More than 3,500 students representing 304 teams across the country participated in the contest. Several Footprints Academy students including Cole Peterson of Woodbury earned the National Honor Roll designation by scoring in the top 10% of participating students. Footprints Academy student Donald Hau of Lake Elmo was one of just two students nationwide to earn a perfect score in the third grade division.
The purpose of the contest is to encourage students' interest in math and to inspire students to excel in math. The contest results show that Footprints students can rise to the occasion and can meet the challenge. It also demonstrates our students’ great math skills and talents. Previous
