Curriculum
Footprints academy has a superior curriculum. Our curriculum goes beyond vague and generalized guidelines outlining what students are to know by providing very specific mastery objectives. The teachers collaborate with one another to provide continuity from one grade to the next, and to ensure that children are constantly building skills.

schools, and set our minimum goals above those of the public schools.
The minimum goals that we set would be the absolute essentials,
outlining what we expect each child to master as a base in each grade.
As far as what they learn on top of these minimum goals, the sky is
the limit.
In addition to the traditional subjects including reading, math,
science, social studies, physical education, technology, art, and
music, our students are also provided instruction in Spanish and
American Sign Language. Please see the Scope and Sequence for
specific information for each grade level.
