Mission Statement
We believe that each child has within them the power and ability to make the world a richer place. We wish to serve as the catalyst that sparks that power within each child, enabling them to reach their full potential. By providing an environment that is academically excellent, focusing on basic values and responsibilities, developing high expectations for children, fostering creativity and individuality, we can expect and celebrate each child’s ultimate success.
Footprints Academy serves children in Kindergarten through 6th grade elementary school. We are conveniently located in Woodbury, MN and primarily serve students and parents in the St. Paul, MN area primarily in Woodbury, Stillwater, Lake Elmo, Maplewood, and Oakdale, MN.
Emily Mogren ~ Fourth Grade Teacher
This is my second year teaching at Footprints Academy, but my first year as a classroom teacher. I am honored to teach at such an incredible school with amazing children and a knowledgeable teaching team. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of St. Catherine’s with a preprimary specialty area. I have been married to my husband, Dave, for two years and we share our home with two small rabbits who love to chew everything! My hobbies are coaching gymnastics, reading, fishing, and shopping.
