Licensed Special Education Teacher
Independent elementary school in Woodbury, MN seeks licensed
special education teacher to work one-on-one with students in
unique school setting. Ideal candidate will be passionate, have a
deep love for elementary age students, and be patient, kind and
understanding. Must have a desire to impact student and help them
to develop a true love for learning.
This position is split between two classrooms, providing classroom
support for two students during different parts of their school
day. Work as part of a team in partnership with classroom teacher,
parents and school personnel to ensure success of each
student. Contribute to individual education plans, modify learning
environment as needed, provide expertise and suggestions to
support classroom teacher. Experience working with autism
preferred but not required.
